Facilities
We have children's toys and books for them to read in the waiting area. Our practice and surgeries are accessible for wheelchairs. We also have a text messaging service for reminder of appointments and there is free parking at the rear of the property . There are four places available for patients. Please check with reception that you have parked in the correct area. There are two steps leading to the toilet. Please note we do not have disabled toilet access.
Dental care and treatment at the practice
We do our best to ensure your dental care meets your individual needs and will discuss the proposed treatment options with you, giving you time to ask questions and consider alternatives. We offer a full range of preventive and cosmetic dentistry. Each surgery is equipped with technology to help us diagnose when treatment is required and discuss the treatment options available to you. We may suggest referral to a paticular specialist, if this is appropriate - for example orthodontic treatment, difficult extractions, complex root fillings ands implants.
We encourage our patients to have regular appointments with the dentist and dental therapist to learn how to care for your teeth through diet and oral hygiene.
Emergency Care
Should you have a dental emergency outside of normal practice hours, please telephone 07930469309. If you are outside the UK or 40 miles away from the practice please call denplan on 0800 401 402 they will put you in touch with a denplan dentist in that area. During practice hours, we endeavour to see any patient who has a dental emergency.
Practice policies
Practice policies are available on request. The complaints procedure can be found in our waiting room on display. If you have any further questions please speak to Mr Tunday so he can deal with any concerns you may have.
Confidentiality
Patient confidentiality at our practice is taken seriously and all information about our patients is treated with the strictest confidence in accordance with out practice policy. If you would like any more information on confidentiality policy's please call on 01283 568087.
