Our practice is a member of the South Staffordshire Emergency Dental Service which operates 6pm-9pm weekdays, 10am-6pm weekends, as well as national holidays. It covers a wide area and is really for dire emergencies only.
If you need to speak to a dentist outside of our normal practice opening hours, please telephone 01283568083( emergency number is on the answer phone) and speak to, or leave a message for, the dentist who is on call. Many patients find that it is very useful just to be able to talk to somebody.
If a call out is required, you will need to visit the on-call dentist's practice. There is a call out fee for every patient which is currently £180, plus charges for examination and treatment. Denplan patients can claim some of the call-out fee back from their insurer.
